Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags still attached, and in the original packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon arrival. If you discover that the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please notify us promptly, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned if opened or used. These exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us for clarification.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest first initiating a return of the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.
